Vacuum cleaner inspection procedure,

1. Check the vacuum cleaner’s style, color, and accessories to see if they match the specifications, and check the appearance of it. It must not be damaged, deformed, or have obvious scratches.

2. Assemble accessories.

3. Test the automatic rewinding mechanism of the vacuum cleaner to ensure it is functioning properly.

4. Test the standby power of the vacuum cleaner.

5. Test the vacuum cleaner with low-voltage(187V) to see if it can switch on and run normally.

6. Test the vacuum cleaner with normal voltage of 230V to ensure that its operating power and suction in low and high speed modes are consistent with the specifications in the datasheet.

7. Use the device in a normal manner on both smooth floors and carpets to suck up different sizes of debris and dust, check the actual vacuuming ability, and the filter’s ability to filter out dust and odors.

8. Run the vacuum cleaner at 230V for 1-2 hours continuously to observe whether the prototype operates normally for a long time and monitor the temperature rise of the prototype.

9. Apply high voltage to confirm that the prototype meets safety requirements.

10. Open the vacuum cleaner and check whether the structure, components, and internal wiring of the prototype meet safety requirements.
