TWS earphone inspection procedure,

 

1. Inspect the appearance and surface of the TWS headphones to ensure that there are no scratches or dirt. The client’s logo content, position, and color must match the specifications.

 

2. The TWS earphones are in the charging case, and when you take them out of the charging case, they will automatically turn on, and there should be an audible startup prompt sound.

 

3. Place the TWS earphones in the charging base to charge, and they will automatically turn off (one earbud will turn off automatically after TWS pairing is successful, while the other one will not turn off until it is placed in the charging base).

 

4. To charge the base station of the TWS headphones properly, the charging indicator light or red light should be on during charging, and the green light or charging indicator should be off when fully charged.

 

5. The TWS headphones are paired with the phone via Bluetooth. First, turn on the phone’s Bluetooth, then find the Bluetooth name of the headphones, click to select pairing, and the phone will prompt whether to pair the information. Click to select pairing.

 

6. Check to see if it is correct to display the battery percentage of the TWS headphones on a mobile phone.

 

 

7. Test the TWS headphones’ functions: such as playing music, pausing, skipping to the next track, skipping to the previous track, stopping, adjusting the volume.
