GMT offer Juicer sourcing and inspection service, which can make sure our customers get the right products they expect at a very competitive price. Here we present the detail procedure of our inspection, which can show you our professional on juicer. You are welcome to inquire anything about our sourcing and inspection service for juicer.

Juicer inspection procedure,

1. Check all parts and accessories of the juicer to ensure they are complete, check the style and color to see if they match the specifications in the datasheet, and inspect the appearance to ensure it is not damaged, deformed, or marked with obvious scratches.

2. Assemble and test the components.

3. Test the standby power of the juicer.

4. Test the juicer at low-voltage prototype (187V) to see if it can start and run normally.

5. Test the juicer under normal voltage of 230V to check if its functions match those described in the specifications/instructions.

6. Test the juicing effect of different fruits and check whether the maximum power matches the parameters specified in the specifications.

7. According to the operating-stopping time described in the instruction manual, run the juicer continuously at 230V voltage for several cycles to observe whether the machine runs normally for a long time and monitor the machine’s temperature rise.

8. Apply high voltage and check whether the prototype meets safety requirements.

9. Open the juicercase and check whether the structure, components, and internal wiring of the juicer meet safety requirements.
