Air Circulation blender inspection procedure,

1. Check all parts and accessories of the blender to ensure they are complete, check the style and color to see if they match the specifications in the datasheet, and inspect the appearance to ensure it is not damaged, deformed, or marked with obvious scratches.

2. Assemble and test the components.

3. Test the standby power of the blender.

4. Test blender with the low-voltage (187V) to see if it can start and run normally.

5. The testing of  blender is operated at the normal voltage of 230V to check whether its functions are consistent with those described in the specifications/instructions.

6. Test the effect of breaking different foods and check whether the maximum power is consistent with the parameters specified in the user manual.

7. According to the operating-stopping time described in the instruction manual, run the blender continuously at 230V voltage for several cycles to observe whether the machine runs normally for a long time and monitor the machine’s temperature rise.

8. Apply high voltage and check whether the blender meets safety requirements.

9. Open the blender case and check whether the structure, components, and internal wiring of the prototype meet safety requirements.
