1. Check if all the parts of the sample machine are present, if the style and color match the specifications in the datasheet, and inspect the appearance. It must not be damaged, deformed, or have obvious scratches.

2. Assemble the fan with all the components.

3. Test the standby power of the air circulation fan.

4. Test the fan at low voltage of 187V to ensure normal startup and operation.

5. Test the fan under normal voltage of 230V to check its functionality and power output at each setting, which should match the specifications described in the user manual/specification sheet.

6. Test the speed, air volume, and noise levels of the prototype to ensure they meet the requirements.

7. Run the fan at high wind speed for more than 2 hours to observe whether the prototype runs normally for a long time and monitor the prototype’s temperature rise.

8. Apply high voltage and check whether the fan meets safety requirements.

9. Open the fan case and check whether the structure, components, and internal wiring of the prototype meet safety requirements.
