We did a factory audit to our new E-bike supplier, Heybike. This is a good E-bike supplier. As we can see, this is is a well organized factory equipped with 2 assembly lines and 2 packing line.  The quality control system is applied in the whole production process to make sure the reliable mechanical structure and other electronic functionality. The weak point for them is all the components are relied on out-sourcing. Meanwhile, till now, they are still not the ISO9001-2015 certificated manufacturer.
